The arch of these 6" heels is so painful that Violet must support herself with a stool (#1).  We must wait between pictures for the Vivitar strobe that is inside her fencing mask to recharge (#2).  I have to shoot a lot of Polaroids of this to get the glow correct (#3).  If you look carefully you can read the position of my three lights: the main light is a soft box that lights her left side, there is a hair light above her head bouncing into an umbrella, and a fill flash illuminating her right side (#4).
